Theres no room for "Good Ole Boys" In our Family Court System
It starts in a small town of Walhalla,SC Oconee County. At the foothills of the apalachian mountains A man finds out his wife has been cheating. Files for divorce, and is confronted with "The Good Ole Boys" Thinking, and condoning, the actions. A family court judge Judge Tim Cain. A free lawyer for the defendant, Robert Whitney, ( who has cheated on his own wife. A Lawyer who is a friend of the judge who becomes the gurdian for the minor child. His name is Keith Denny. Who has only been a lwayer for 3 months, has no history of being a gurdian, and has not even studied Family law, turns out he is a criminal lawyer. So tell me what is a lawyer who has been only on the bar for 3 months, has no experience with family court issues and has no experience as a gurdian doing being the gurdian of my little girl...And now lets add to the mix a lawyer who has said to have the fight of a lion who has said he is a lawyer who will fight to the end because " I " had a good case... The cost of $ 5,000 for a day in court and two meetings that he spent most of his time talking on the phone with another client... Bottom line is there is no room for "Good Ole Boys" in our family cour because no matter how much a man spends on fighting for custody of his child he will never win. The Judge had already made up his mind that although she was found to have violated every rule of a court order, had let a man sleep in the same bed as a minor child while still married, had kept the father away from the child for no reason what so ever other than pathetic thinking, even when the court found her to have been in every violation ever she was still given full custody, The judge commented that both parents was loving and fit, but had a twisted belief that she was the best parent for the child and had the best interest of the child...His order was a best in a dialog written by a 5 th grader. It showed twisted made up assumptions no facts of law to back up his order at all..I was given 128 days visitation but ordered to pay full custody child support to a woman who had not worked a verifiable job in the 2 yr long divorse, had broken every rule made by the court, and then married the man she laid beside during the 2 yrs when the child was present... Some things not right...
